It's a big month for new books
I Know the Whale at Powell’s
This morning, I read I Know the Whale at Powell’s Books here in Portland. Reading in front of a crowd is a new thing for me, and I’m glad they were down to host me. I signed some books while I was there too, so if you end up in the area there are copies to pick up. This was also our baby Nora’s first group story time. She slept through it, but I’ll let that slide this time.

Another New Book
This is a busy month for me. I have two more new books coming out! The next one up is the second book in the Cosmic Collisions series by Dr. Marc Kuchner: Supergiant vs. Neutron Star. It’s out on April 15th. I hope you all check this one out too. The series is all about imagined head-to-head battles between objects in space. These books are a fun and kid-friendly spin on astrophysics. Here’s a link to order the new book:
I’ll cover the third book out this month in a future post. I’m excited about that one too, it’s a chapter book where I got to do lots of black & white illustrations which I always enjoy. But more on that later…
